Hello everyone, I faced an unusual issue on my system that I'm struggling to understand. While watching videos in Firefox, the video froze and stopped without any way to replay or switch to full screen. Attempts to use tools like Snipping Tool or Paint didn't yield any results either. The Windows search bar failed to load any results. When I opened Task Manager and checked the performance tab, everything seemed normal—CPU usage was only 13%, GPU utilization was at 5.1 GHz, and memory was 8GB/32GB. However, my dedicated graphics card showed a negative utilization of "-1%". I couldn't take screenshots or capture images, but I managed to take a photo with my phone and used Ctrl-Alt-Delete to sign out, which resolved the problem. No other program responded. My system specs include an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, an SSD, a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB, an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT.

It was a fascinating issue. If it doesn’t recur, you might attribute it to a simple error. Should it repeat, we’ll investigate further to determine if a solution exists.

You should review the system logs and check for any recent updates or changes that could have triggered the issue. Also, inspect the Task Manager files for any unusual activity or corrupted entries.

I didn't notice the charts were unresponsive either; they remained frozen and no changes appeared in the task manager.
