Hi, I've been using my ally for some time now. After traveling, the controller mode stopped working. I've tried everything—restarting the BIOS, factory reset, and even rewiring—but nothing helps. The physical buttons don't respond at all. I contacted ASUS, who said it's out of warranty and asked me to send it in for a return merchandise authorization. I'm wondering if anyone else has faced the same problem before I pay for it. Any advice or questions would be helpful. IMG_0833.mov
