Generally, it indicates problems with the device connecting to specific files via its drivers. Remove and reinstall the drivers, beginning with the network adapter. If the problem continues, it could stem from corrupted Windows files or even faulty hardware. Avoid using any third-party driver software that claims to fix this automatically!
