Good afternoon, my computer isn't connecting properly. The issue started suddenly overnight. I noticed a message saying "memory pmu training error at socket 0 channel 0 dimm 1." Looking through online forums, it seems this could be related to faulty RAM, possibly because the memory wasn’t recognized. Even after replacing two sets of RAM, the problem persists. I’ve tried using different motherboard slots (1-3, 2-4) and even just a single slot (1,2,3,4), but nothing works. I observed some signs: the memory sequence changes between 1-3 and 2-4, the system boots up with the error, displays the "memory pmu training" logo, and the RAM LED switches between CPU and RAM repeatedly. After restarting, it shows the same error multiple times—sometimes the fans keep spinning, sometimes the LEDs flash rapidly from CPU to RAM, and the screen remains dark. I’ve also cleaned the motherboard with a clean contact and memory, reset the BIOS/CMOS, but it didn’t help. The RAM modules feel worn, showing dark spots or small black areas, like tiny pins. I used new RAM sticks for testing, including a Ryzen 5 3600x with Gigabyte B450 Auros M, running at 3200MHz, and compared it to Corsair RGB Pro 3000MHz at 8GB each. The Asus TUF GTX1660 has 6GB triple fans. I’m hoping someone can assist me in resolving this issue.
