It seems your gaming PC functions well for extended periods but experiences crashes after about 8-9 hours. The issue becomes more frequent when waking up from sleep mode. With four sticks of Teamgroup 8 GB RAM, the problem might relate to using single-channel memory or a faulty DIMM chip.

Test with 2x8 runs over a few days to confirm system specifications remain intact.

Begin by acknowledging your setup without bias. The CPU seems to be struggling, and using dual-channel is advised for Ryzen boards. It’s possible your RAM is fine, but the CPU is having issues handling four lanes.

Consider using dual-channel memory or selling the CPU to buy a used 3600(x) or 5600(x).

This site is really tough to navigate, huh? What do you think about PCs? Just changing Windows seems to be the main thing.
