I possess the identical webcam and have never encountered this issue before. Was this your initial use of the webcam or had it been functioning earlier?

Thank you for the update. I recently purchased the webcam from BestBuy and am trying it out for the first time. The software shows a display, but I’m having trouble capturing a video.

Only two options are listed on the Logitech support page. Consider exploring alternative software if needed.
