I'm having trouble shorting H11DSI NT 0. The PSU appears fine, but the power button isn't responding. I've replaced it with a new one, but it still doesn't work. I'm trying to short it, but it doesn't connect. The blue, green, and blinking green lights suggest the PSU is getting close to the motherboard. Any advice?

Have you tested a different power supply? Was it functioning before installation, or did you only get the board? Are the CPUs correctly installed? Did you attempt a minimal configuration?
