I’d begin by visiting that location and removing the file... this will reset BF4 settings back to their default state. It seems you have a setting enabled for triple buffering, which isn’t supported, and there’s something in *OS Drive*: Users* user* Documents* Battlefield 4 settings/File: Profsave_profile. Consider deleting it or moving it elsewhere if you plan to restore it later.
