I just installed a new configuration with an x570 Aorus Elite - Ryzen 7 3800x and a 2x16GB HyperX Predator 3200mhz. Normally, the system boots at 2400mhz, but when I enable XMP profile at 3200mhz it crashes with a blue screen related to memory management. Now I have an RTX 2080 that runs at full capacity in Final Fantasy XV, but my old GTX 1070 struggles to reach that level. It crashes if I set the frequency to 3200mhz, even though it doesn’t crash at 2400mhz. I’m unsure if the issue is with my new setup or just the GPU. Right now, I’m using the second XMP profile that sets the frequency to 3000mhz and it works fine. How can I achieve stable performance at 3200mhz? Every driver is up to date, there are recent Windows updates, and my BIOS is still the F11 version from December. I’m really confused about what to do next.

Disable XMP settings and fine-tune RAM speed, clock speeds, and voltage levels directly.

Adjusting memory settings demands significant patience. Stock XMP profiles aren't always effective, so it's best to experiment.

For beginning, use the DRAM Calculator for Ryzen. Search for "ryzen memory overclock guide" and similar resources online. You'll find many tutorials on YouTube and other platforms. Adjusting memory settings demands significant patience. Stock XMP profiles aren't always effective, so it's best to experiment.

You just entered the settings and ran the calculator, but CPU-Z still displays 2400MHz.

Ensure memory voltage is set manually at a minimum of 1.35v. SoC voltage increase is also needed. 1.1v should suffice. Download cpu-z to check the system's status. Memory management often relates to low voltage problems.

I understand this might seem like a simple oversight, but it's important to verify the placement of the RAM modules. Using incorrect slots can lead to instability even at rated speeds. I also checked your motherboard's memory support page and confirmed compatibility. What type of connection are you using—WiFi or regular? Did you download the BIOS update from the official boards support site?
