Error encountered while trying to update BIOS due to VGA issue.
Hello everyone, I just got an upgrade for my system. The changes include: CPU - Intel Core i7-14700KF, Motherboard - Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX-W (Rev-1.0), RAM - G.Skill DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) at 6000MHz Trident Z5, GPU - Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16GB GDDR6X, and I've prepared to reuse my PSU - Corsair RM750 along with old M2s and SATA SSDs. I was confident everything would work fine. However, during the first boot and a few power cycles, I couldn't reach BIOS. The motherboard displays an error code and shows VGA issues (as seen in a screenshot).
I've tried several things so far, but nothing helped:
1. Re-seated CPU, RAM, GPU
2. Removed all drives
3. Disconnected every MBO connection except CPU power and 24-pin
4. Tested using only one RAM stick in each slot
5. Removed all USB devices
6. Updated BIOS via Q-flash (tried FG and F8 versions)
7. Swapped GPUs (used the old 3060 which worked perfectly, and the 4070 also functioned after testing on an older system)
8. Used DP and HDMI outputs
9. Swapped DP and HDMI cables
After each attempt, I performed a test boot, but still couldn't enter BIOS. If anyone has similar problems or suggestions to fix this, please let me know. I'm exhausted after about six hours of troubleshooting. Thanks for your help! P.S. I gave up and replaced the motherboard.

I just upgraded to a 14700k, everything else stayed the same but the error persisted. The VGA light turned on, I checked the display ports on the GPU, and even after swapping them, the issue remained. It worked once I let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Not sure if it was related to the CPUs at first boot or something else.
I forgot to note that I left the PC for about 20 minutes a few times before. I experienced a similar problem earlier, so I stayed calm.
