The software indicates it requires an update. The catalyst also signals a need for an update. I ran the 14.11 beta, which restarted the system but kept showing version 14.7. It seems the 14.9 version isn't available yet. Would it be better to reinstall the driver instead?
Remove the catalyst, delete the video driver from devicemngr, and attempt the download at the provided link. Then proceed with installing a fresh version.
