I attempted to delete Windows 10 on my Mac using Boot Camp Assistant, but it displayed an error: "Your disk could not be restored to a single partition." After reformatting the partition with Disk Utility into Mac OS Extended (Journaled), I tried merging partitions with diskutil and encountered another issue. Now I can't remove the Boot Camp partition. Someone, please help me.

I just go into disk utility and delete the partition. It might screw up the boot order though.

Use disk utility to unmount the drive. Click right-click or simply click and select erase. After that, open MacOS and expand the partition in the new area.

You're welcome. I accessed recovery mode and then ran disk utility from there.
