You removed wscript.exe from the system32 folder and it’s not appearing there anymore. It seems unlikely it will reappear after a restart, especially since you don’t need that component anymore.

That script was moved again! Many programs rely on wscript.exe to execute scripts. The most effective method to determine why a file is locked is to open the File Explorer and search for the name. This will reveal which process is attempting to run or is currently running it. Any items in the system32 folder should remain untouched unless you're unfamiliar with what you're doing.
