Hi, your Windows was updated and then restarted. Afterward, you encountered a blue screen when returning to the system. Since then, you've restarted multiple times but still face issues with USB devices—your keyboard and mouse aren't working. The error messages keep changing between technical terms. Your main concern is accessing BIOS without using a keyboard. It seems your motherboard might be malfunctioning. If you manage to enter recovery mode, rebuilding the boot configuration could help, though navigating that without a keyboard is challenging.

I don’t have any specs, but it seems the issue might be with the CPU instead of the motherboard.

I realize what I missed. The components I purchased were all bought about 13 months ago. If there was an issue with my CPU, would the system simply fail to start? I can't reach the F8 button since my keyboard isn't functioning. I had two keyboards nearby but neither worked, and I've tried various ports.

They're not really affected by a single bent pin or USB 3.0 connection. Have you verified the CPU's pins for any irregularities or if it's properly seated in the socket? Consider reattaching it.

Shut down the system three times to enter recovery mode. Remove the latest Windows updates from the installation.

You've had some frustrating troubleshooting steps. It sounds like the issue might be hardware-related, especially since you're still experiencing the same blue screen after reseating the CPU. The fact that your motherboard may be prioritizing the SSD for booting suggests a possible compatibility or configuration problem. Installing Linux on a USB drive could help isolate whether the problem lies in the OS environment or the hardware itself. Since you have warranty coverage, it might be worth testing with a different component if feasible. If you share more details about the screens and any error messages, we can narrow it down further.

The keyboard isn't functioning properly. I connected a USB microphone, which activated the LED, but no USB devices appear to be working. I've tested various USB ports and used another keyboard.

Shut it down completely and detach the power cord for a few minutes, then attempt once more.
