You're experiencing frequent stuttering and occasional freezes, especially after long gaming sessions. This could be related to your system's performance under load. With 26GB of RAM, you're in a good range, but the spikes might be caused by background processes or software conflicts. The fact that it happens after 45 minutes and sometimes after a couple of hours suggests a gradual strain rather than a memory leak. CPU usage isn't at maximum, so it's not the main issue there. Running Discord, Spotify, and Chrome together is unlikely to be the cause unless they're resource-heavy. Upgrading your BIOS might help, but it's not guaranteed to fix the problem unless it resolves a compatibility issue. Consider checking for updates, running a system scan, or testing with lighter background apps.

Check the DL hardware monitor for temperature readings during issues. Also, find out your RAM speed and whether the slots are occupied. Are they using separate speeds?

Same pace and honestly, three options popping into my mind—probably 2666, but I should verify.

Consider three of four slots perhaps? You could leave the third stick in dual channel. (Review your MOBO guide for exact numbers) Would faster RAM be the answer? Intel solutions might fit better.

It seems you're unsure about the RAM requirements. Ryzen typically works well with higher speeds than Intel, and most systems have three of the four slots available.

In short, three slots occupied might lead to problems. Also, Ryzen handles much better with quicker RAM rates.

You have three 24GB RAM modules, indicating they might differ in performance. This is the initial troubleshooting stage—try one module and check if the issue continues.
