Observing a black screen with LEDs active and fans running. Indicator lights blink on VGA and CPU, then remain illuminated on DRAM. No spare AM5 parts available for testing. Attempts made: installed one stick of RAM across both modules, re-seated CPU and GPU, flashed BIOS using GPU and IGPU for output. LED configuration unchanged. System specs: Gigabyte B850M AORUS ELITE WIFI6E, Intel Ryzen 7 9700X, 2x16GB GSKILL Flare DDR5-6000 RAM, Gigabyte AORUS 3080 LHR, PSU with Corsair 1000W.

Get another RAM kit from RMA or consider reaching out to someone with DDR5 RAM.

There’s an issue, so test each component. Use one stick RAM per slot, clean the contacts, and blow out the slots. Check the power cables on the CPU, GPU, and board. Try removing the HD, M2, or SSD. Make sure the power supply works; if not, install a 700W unit and see if it helps.

I checked the forum only occasionally. I swapped back the motherboard and received a B850M from ASRock instead. It resolved the problem.
