That was successful in all four tests. For now, I haven't used the WD Green SSD yet and want to check again, but I'm open to thinking about possible causes. I'll also reinstall Windows just to be safe.

Could a defective SATA cable be responsible for this issue?

Many updates are being made in Reliability History/Monitor. Prioritize resolving the new motherboard and old OS by performing a Windows reinstall.

I'm reinstalling Windows now and the motherboard is trying to install drivers it hasn't before. This might be due to not uninstalling the drivers from the previous motherboard. I'll update you on the outcome.

A fresh install was performed and Windows was moved to my brand new NVME drive. So far there have been no issues. I'll update if this happens again.
I still value hearing feedback from others.

I hope NVMe was the sole drive connected during the installation?

No, you don't need to reinstall it again while disconnecting the other SSD.

Maybe. The boot details for this new OS seem to have been combined with the previous one on Kingston devices. There are instructions to "fix it," but a fresh setup might be the simplest solution.
