Search for the code online. Locate some solutions that might fit, though I'm not sure they work. If needed, back up important information, then perform a fresh installation, apply all updates, and proceed afterward.

I spent half the day looking for solutions, checked several methods, and still couldn’t find a fix. I’m hoping there’s something I overlooked. I definitely don’t want to reinstall Windows 7 myself—it’s not my computer, and I’m just assisting someone else.
