Error encountered during Windows 10 setup.
I recently moved to Linux, specifically Manjaro, and it has been a positive experience. I changed because I was eager to explore something different, but now I’m considering reverting for personal reasons. I downloaded the Windows 10 ISO and used Ventoy to boot from it. I set the first drive as USB and selected UEFI, but the system won’t start properly. It shows an error saying no device drivers were found. I’ve checked online for solutions, but they haven’t helped. What might be causing this issue?
Instead of relying on the Media Creation Tool, it can't locate any HDDs or SSDs. You should visit your motherboard's support site, download the SATA/storage drivers, place them on the Windows installation USB drive, and then use the installer to show the drives as available options.
It might be a good idea to try it. It would simplify the process more than managing storage drivers, and it’s a straightforward initial troubleshooting step.
