I was using Google Chrome and tried to download something for a friend, but it didn’t work. The warning said "Failed - Virus Scan Failed." I followed the instructions on the Microsoft site, but the issue persisted. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks!

No, I haven't tried a different browser or reinstalled Chrome.
