I’m trying to repair my Intel Core i5-4590 CPU. After carefully removing the IHS and cleaning the thermal paste, I reinstalled it and reset the IHS. Now when I put it back in my computer, everything seems to be working properly except for the fans not spinning and there being no signal or beeps. I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to fix this issue or what steps I should try next.

make sure everything is put together properly (CPU power connectors in, memory in the right slots, video device plugged in with both power and video). If you're still unsure, try another CPU to check if the issue is with your current one. For a basic setup, follow the essential steps first.
