I’m trying to repair my Intel Core i5-4590 CPU. After carefully removing the IHS and cleaning the thermal paste, I reinstalled it and reset the IHS. Now when I put it back in my computer, everything seems to be working properly except for the fans not spinning and there being no signal or beeps. I’m wondering if there’s anything I can do to fix this issue or what steps I should try next.
