Hi,
Laptop model:
ACER Nitro 5 AN515-58-76HB 15.6" Gaming Laptop
Intel® Core™ i7, RTX 4050, 1 TB SSD
I recently installed an external HDD and sometimes when I connect it to my laptop I encounter SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and when trying to input files I see SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Could you have any suggestions about the issue? I've attached links to both minidumps for reference.
I tested this external HDD on my work computer, which functions perfectly.
I attempted DISM, SFC and Verifier.Exe but didn't see any improvements. I'm not entirely sure, as my understanding of these processes is limited, thank you.

What external storage device? Does it come with an external power adapter?
Occasionally, the USB port doesn't supply sufficient power on its own, so the external drive requires extra power.
Turn off the driver verifier feature—it will trigger BSODs by itself.
This is intended for driver development purposes.
You're not doing this and shouldn't be using it.

The external hard drive I own is this one:

It functions perfectly on my work PC
Just to confirm, I followed the instructions from the site when I first encountered the issue.
