I own a Hyper Evo 212 with the included heatsink...
Do I need a stock fan or should I reposition it? If that doesn't help, consider this new fan here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as...6835608026. If the issue continues, it's likely a CPU problem and you'll need a replacement.
It is an aftermarket fan... The cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is not included with the processor. If I decide to add more fans, I will only do so if I am convinced the issue isn't resolved. I understand it's an aftermarket product, and it might be the fan on the EVO or even the CPU itself.
