The power supply is completely unacceptable. It's surprising to pay such a high price for a PC only to replace it with a low-quality, unregulated PSU. I hope it wasn't ruined before then.

It is a product of the company, right?
However, if the energy supply isn't adequate, shouldn't the device shut down immediately rather than displaying a blue screen and restarting?

It's similar to stopping the water flow from a leaking hot water heater before attempting repairs.
