Hi there, I hope you're okay. My girlfriend experienced a strange blue screen, and because I'm on a business trip, I can't investigate further. I don’t know what’s happening and need guidance. She mentioned a suspicious website and a tab opening that caused the blue screen—she asked me to follow some steps and send photos. Should these measures fail, use Windows 10’s Blue Screen Troubleshooter by navigating through these steps: Start → Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Blue Screen → Run the troubleshooter and follow suggested fixes.
Launch the command prompt with admin privileges and run sfc /scannow. It should resolve any major issues in Windows. Works great when needed. Give it a try!
If it doesn’t work, install a Windows ISO file and run it. It will restore everything and replace damaged files with fresh ones, as long as you choose that option. I rely on it often for my gaming PC when issues arise—just make sure it stays open long enough before it crashes again.
