Checked the comments and issue section on the overwatches page. Others seem to be facing the same problem you described. Did you set up all required dependencies such as Vulkan, Wine, and graphics drivers?

CSGO is a native Linux application and officially available on Linux by Valve. Lutris relies on WINE and modifications to launch it. Try reinstalling the game. It looks like the Lutris script didn't set it up correctly.
