Your system keeps failing at the login screen or right after logging in. You've already checked RAM, run SFC, cleared SSD errors, and experienced issues during memtest86. The new G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB appears to be underperforming due to voltage mismatches and possible hardware stress. Consider replacing the RAM rather than undervolting, as the voltage settings don't match the required 1.36V for stable operation.

For Ryzen processors, memory issues often stem from insufficient SOC voltages. Increase the SOC voltage to 1.1V and verify performance. You can safely raise it to 1.2V for continuous use.

Thanks for the update. Your SOC voltage was consistently around 1.1V. Adjusting it to 1.16V worked well, and the system booted multiple times the following day. Appreciate your support!

Adjusted SOC voltage to 1.1v helped fix issues in Memtest86+ for me. Used a Ryzen 3 3100 with ASRock B450M Pro4 (BIOS 4.30), Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2×8GB) DDR4, model CMK16GX4M2B3200C16W without overclocking.

Just wanted to share an update about ongoing RAM problems. After increasing the SOC voltage, the system booted more reliably, but random BSODs persisted during web browsing and YouTube videos. Running MemTest revealed multiple errors. I received an RMA from G. Skill after referencing those findings. Since then, the new RAM has worked without issues.
