i5-2500 geforce gt 1030 8gb brcm 1501 wlan card I’m aware it’s problematic, but it’s just a secondary system for me, so I don’t want to hear about upgrades that cost little. It crashes roughly every 5 to 10 minutes after powering on, and the blue screen shows “kmode exception not handled.” From Microsoft’s support site I only saw driver updates, but I just installed the GPU drivers and couldn’t locate the WLAN card drivers anywhere—even after removing the card the problem persisted, so it’s not the Wi-Fi card. What’s going wrong?

Malware is becoming more frequent. Restart Windows if it continues; it might be a rootkit Trojan pack, and you should discard it if RAM replacement fails.
