I own a Dell G7 7700, haven't faced many problems in the past three to four years. It came with a 500GB M.2 drive. I added a 1TB 970 EVO SSD soon after for gaming purposes. Now, I switched to a 2TB SSD and used the 1TB drive as a bootable system, installing Windows 11 from a fresh USB. After the install finished, it restarts right away from the USB and tries the process again. When I remove the USB, it says no bootable devices found. I've tried multiple installations, changed the drive several times, formatted the disk, and even moved files from the USB to the new SSD. I used the command prompt to make it bootable, but still had no success. The BIOS only lists UEFI as an option, showing IPv4 or 6 with no other choices. Also, I replaced two 32GB RAM sticks during the SSD swap. Need advice.

Yes, you can view your drive information on the BIOS instead of the boot list. It appears on different sections such as details or similar pages.

I replaced my old SSD and it started up fine. I tried making a system image via Windows and using the USB with the installer, but couldn't get the repair options to work.

You're definitely not alone in feeling uncertain. It's normal to need guidance sometimes. Let me know what you're working on, and we can figure this together!
