I'm working with an old HP 8200 as my Teamspeak host. The rear fan was a bit loud, so I removed it. Now I'm seeing the 512 error indicating no rear fan detected. My question is: Can I disable the rear fan checker? Or should I look for a low RPM fan to replace it, like a 4-pin fan?

Consider trying a different approach instead of just skipping the warning.

I attempted that, which is why I developed a preference. I use it as a server, for instance when the power fails and the computer restarts. Some components need to be pressed F1 to boot up.

It must run on a UPS, no matter how basic it seems, to keep it operational.

It's not a standard server. It's just for me and my friends to chat. I also use it for other things like sharing files and hosting a CS:GO server.

Power cuts are widespread in your region, so you often have to rely on alternatives. Consider purchasing an inexpensive fan or searching for a free UPS at an e-waste facility.

I prefer a high-quality, quiet fan. Can you suggest alternatives like a Noctua 92mm model?
