You're experiencing repeated failures with Discord updates. You've already taken several steps—running as admin, restarting your computer, clearing the cache, disabling the firewall, and reinstalling the app—but it still isn't working. There's a process to uninstall Discord fully, just uninstalling from control panel doesn't do it fully. You can also try the beta builds, like Discord Canary or Discord PTB, they're different than the actual client so they might work. Expect far more often updates though.
