For a couple of months I struggled to update my PC or download from the Microsoft Store, but I didn’t pay much attention until now. I keep encountering the error 0x80070015 on both the Microsoft Store and the update screen. When I try to update in settings, it shows the same code. I’m unsure which version of Windows 10 I have—it might have come from somewhere random and functioned for a year before it stopped working. I cleared the SoftwareDistribution and SoftwareDistribution.old files in safe mode, used MediaCreationTool1901, ran the elevated PowerShell command, followed by CMD Prompt, reset the Microsoft Store, and performed a wsreset. I don’t have PowerISO or any antivirus software installed. Additionally, my PC occasionally uses about 20% of the CPU (it started running when I wrote this, it’s called Microsoft Software Protection), and it takes around 40 minutes to boot with an SSD (it has roughly 15 GB free). Thank you for your assistance.

All my previous actions turned into a fresh start, just wiping and reinstalling the windows. Thanks!
