You attempted to set up Windows 10 using the media installation tool, but the process failed. Your computer restarted without completing the setup, and you ended up back on Windows 7. To resolve this, try reinstalling Windows 7 first, then reattempt the installation of Windows 10. If issues persist, consider checking your hardware or contacting Microsoft support.

I recall something similar, not just remembering the words but piecing it together. It was about Windows 10 not being installed, and I noticed a previous version of Windows. That’s what I saw.

Do you think about doing an upgrade installation? That seems to be the impression.

You're likely encountering an issue where the Oprekin version of Windows 7 isn't compatible with the official Windows 10 ISO. It seems the update might have stripped out certain components, making the installation problematic.

Consider setting up the SSD first, then installing Windows 10 via USB drive.

I’d suggest that since I’m unfamiliar with how the Oprekin changes affect the regular Windows setup, it’s best to save all necessary data from the hard drive, format it, and then proceed with the custom installation on the Windows 10 media.

It's always a good thought to rearrange and set up. That's usually the better approach.
