I recall something similar, not just remembering the words but piecing it together. It was about Windows 10 not being installed, and I noticed a previous version of Windows. That’s what I saw.

You're likely encountering an issue where the Oprekin version of Windows 7 isn't compatible with the official Windows 10 ISO. It seems the update might have stripped out certain components, making the installation problematic.

I’d suggest that since I’m unfamiliar with how the Oprekin changes affect the regular Windows setup, it’s best to save all necessary data from the hard drive, format it, and then proceed with the custom installation on the Windows 10 media.
