I'm installing the HDD from my personal PC into a new build. After attempting Sysprep, a fatal error appeared. A solution exists that needs setting SkipRearm to 1 in unattend.xml, but that file isn't present. I've verified hidden files/folders are visible. This is my first time using sysprep. Anyone experienced with this issue? Do you have any advice or a workaround? The remaining Windows Activation count stands at 3.
