while setting up Linux on my server, I encountered this issue (see attached image). The error isn’t clear, but I’m unsure what it means. Since I’m just starting with Linux, I’m not familiar with the details. Could you help me understand it better?

Honestly, drop 19.03, heck dont bother with 18 either. Go back to a 17 LTS release and try again. Ubuntu 18 and ESPECIALLY 19 has some pretty big issues for a lot of people. Fyi that error message doesn't say anything about what went wrong, it's about as helpful as a blind tour guide.
