Hello. I hope you can assist me. I was playing a game on my computer normally when suddenly it displayed a blue screen, which had happened before. This time it took about 15 minutes to restart, whereas it usually takes only a minute. When it restarted, it began automatic repair. I checked my BIOS and confirmed it was booting from the Windows drive. Then I opened up my PC and verified that both the SSD and HDD were properly connected and powered on. I searched for videos but found something interesting about the file system—Windows created around six partitions, yet both my Windows drive and another hard drive are still present. I’m unsure what to do next. I think I should reinstall Windows, but I don’t remember how it worked three years ago from a DVD. Now I have a USB drive. There are some pictures attached below. My PC is currently stuck in an automatic repair loop.

I haven't encountered this before, but maybe someone else has. It's a good idea to back up all your crucial files. I'd likely suggest a new Windows installation if the system keeps restarting. If you have another machine available, you can obtain Windows ISO images and store them on a USB drive. As long as you can reach your BIOS settings, you should be able to boot from USB and reinstall Windows.

I’d likely secure everything if you haven’t already and reorganize the drive into a single partition, which could help merge the partitions. Just installing Windows won’t resolve the issue. Use "create and format hard disk partitions" from the start menu—enter 'disk' when prompted to access formatting options.

It seems Windows crashed unexpectedly, and you're unsure about the best way to recover or reinstall. You mentioned not using the Media Create tool anymore and haven't reinstalled from a USB or DVD recently. Some suggest formatting the USB first and then burning an ISO, while others recommend downloading the Media Create tool directly. Clarify your current setup and steps for a clearer guide.
