Hello, your PC setup is new and everything seems normal except for the blue screen issue. When it starts, fans and LEDs activate briefly before shutting down. Removing one RAM stick restores functionality, but using 8GB RAM still causes the same problem. It appears to be a software-related issue.

Check if the system is overclocked; if yes, increase the voltage or undo the overclock.
