It seems your GPU can't handle the required feature. Sadly, you'll likely need to upgrade to a different laptop or PC.

The details you mentioned apply to an older model, not a brand-new device. That means it lacks DirectX 12 support.

They didn't mention that hardware having DirectX 12 support. The reviews clarify the GPU limitations at the time.
