Have you already added the newest X370 chipset drivers? Based on ASRock’s advice, avoid exceeding BIOS revision 5.40 since your CPU is a Summit Ridge. If it isn’t already at that level, think about updating it. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X370 Killer SLI/index.asp#BIOS

I have reached version 6.00, the most recent release. It's not clear if a further downgrade is advisable.
