You're experiencing issues with your Intel Dual Band 9560 driver after a recent system change. Here are some steps you can try:

- Check for any pending updates or driver revisions.
- Ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for Windows 10/11.
- Run a clean installation of Windows if the problem persists.
- Consider using a different USB port or cable to rule out hardware issues.
- Consult the manufacturer's support for specific troubleshooting steps.

Let me know if you need further help!

Have you updated your hardware or performed a Windows Update recently? Have you attempted to power on the laptop, reinstall the WiFi adapter, and verified the antenna connections? Reinstalling Windows without reformatting probably won’t resolve issues unless there’s disk-level file corruption.

I haven't upgraded any hardware. I haven't verified the connections; I'll definitely try and let you know.

I made sure the Wi-Fi card and antennae were properly connected. I also reformatted and reinstalled Windows using the media creation tool via USB. However, these steps didn’t resolve the problem. It occurred after July 31; reinstalling the 2017 driver fixed it then. But when I tried the same driver now, Windows became unstable and displayed a blue screen. I’m unsure if it’s due to driver incompatibility or a faulty card.

Windows 10 updates are becoming erratic lately. I've faced issues where the system would stop working entirely until I restored an older restore point. Starting now, I’ll pause updates for a month after receiving a new alert, then try installing them again, hoping the problems are fixed. Get the newest drivers from Intel directly, remove the existing ones, and clear hardware entries in Device Manager. Restart the computer and apply the downloaded drivers.

I've handled this several times. I'm planning to hold off until the next quality improvement, hoping my equipment is actually the issue.

You're experiencing the same problem on your Acer Nitro laptop—normal browsing works, but games cause stutters and Wi-Fi issues. It could be hardware or related to a recent Windows update. Do you have any ideas about what might have triggered this?
