I built my first PC recently with a Ryzen 7 3700X, RX 5700 XT, a 1TB SSD, and 16GB of RAM. I tried to run it at 3600MHz by turning on the XMP profile, but when I restarted, it still showed 2133MHz. After checking the memory settings, it was set to 2133 and I switched it to auto with XMP enabled. When I powered off and restarted, it didn’t maintain the speed and crashed when I tried to exit the BIOS. The motherboard is an MSI Pro Carbon X570. It hasn’t been stable since then. Any advice would be helpful.

Avoid using the XMP profile 1; the motherboard should handle up to 4400MHz.

Manually set DRAM voltage to 1.35v after setting XMP. There's a bug where XMP doesn't input the right voltages.
