It seems like a service similar to SRV or something with an SRV or similar feature, but with a server or similar setup. I clicked on it thinking it was just an image, but now I'm worried it might be a virus.

I believe someone may have accessed my Steam account. It appears they're sharing a message link from the virus, and all your Steam friends are getting it too. A lot of people are affected.
