I'm setting up a new PC for a friend with a Ryzen 5 1500X and a Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite motherboard. The system includes an ASRock A5500-B450 HDV GPU, an RTX 580 graphics card, and a 650W power supply. The CPU error light appears on the new motherboard, but the fans spin normally. I replaced the RX580 with a HyperX Fury DDR4 2933MHz RAM and it functions correctly. Testing confirmed everything works properly.

Restart the CMOS and attempt once more; inform us if this resolved the issue. Edit: Exclude the GPU you wish to avoid initially.
