Did you reinstall chipset drivers and DDU drivers in safe mode before updating Adrenalin to factory defaults? Now the GPU usage spikes dramatically from zero to 100 at idle... What’s happening? I’m confused—I think this is related to the iGPU, but it ended up as GPU1. How can I turn it off?

It seems like you're questioning whether something is happening or if Andrenalin is merely stating its findings. Clarify your intent for a more precise response.

Haha I don't get it, but my stepson is even more experienced than me. Last week while I was away, he accidentally connected the DP to the board instead of the GPU and didn't let me know. He also overheated the CPU by not taking off the metal front panel of the P600S case during a game, then panicked and reinserted the cable incorrectly. As a result, the GPU readings got mixed up, and my OC in Adrenalin crashed. I'm hoping things will sort out now.

It’s quite intriguing. Feel free to let me know if it helps clarify the odd situation.

It works fine now. It looks like Adrenalin isn't tracking GPU usage accurately, showing only 0 or 100%. The real problem seems to be the dGPU, likely because someone messed with the cables. Also, forcing 7900XTX OC settings on the iGPU didn't resolve the issue.
