Can you confirm if the GPU functions on another machine? Have you attempted to set up the operating system on a different storage device?
Currently I have just one storage device, and I haven't tried the GPU on another machine yet.
I encountered the same issue before; any solutions you have?
I turned off the IGPU feature on the CPU and cleared all associated drivers. The issue is resolved.
