Hello Everyone: I'm from Peru and recently purchased a 5900X from AMD.com and had it shipped to my country. I've finally assembled my PC and am experiencing frequent BSODs and restarts. The Event Viewer displays the files you see. I ordered a 5900X with an Aorus X570 WIFI chipset and the latest BIOS F34. Could you help me determine if the issue is with the CPU itself? How can I investigate further? I haven't had any problems while gaming, but stress testing with Prime95 didn't reveal anything. Only when using Chrome do the crashes occur. Hi, thanks for reaching out. Appreciate your feedback. Everything seems to be running smoothly on the motherboard. Since I haven’t performed any overclocking, I ran Prime95 for more than an hour without any issues or BSODs. After closing it and using Chrome for a short time, I saw a BSOD again. This makes me wonder if the problem lies with my CPU or the motherboard. Please let me know before I consider any repairs. Appreciate your support, Enrique!
