Hello, I'm trying to fix a computer that crashes with browser issues and logs error codes 454, 464, and 474 frequently. It's an I7 6800K with GTX 1080, Asus X99 motherboard, 4x 32GB RAM sticks. I've reinstalled Windows twice and once with a new SSD, but the RAM diagnostic in Windows hasn't helped. What might be causing this?

The RAM is placed in the white compartments on the motherboard, specifically DIMM slots A1, B1, C1, and D1.

Error 454 indicates a corrupted certificate and an incorrect HTTP version when communicating with a load balancer. I’m not sure about 474. It looks like your browser might be outdated or hasn’t been updated to the latest version. There could also be an issue with your ISP’s settings. Please ensure you’re using a supported browser that’s up to date. You might want to try another browser like Firefox or Opera for testing. If the issue continues, test on a different device or location to determine if the problem is with your internet connection or your computer. Hope this helps.

It’s not the internet. It functions for everyone else. The only browser that works is Firefox, though other ones don’t. I attempted to fix and reinstall Bing, Chrome, and Opera, but nothing changed.

This might seem like a trivial question, but it’s actually important. Your PC’s perceived time depends on its CMOS battery; when it runs low, it can lose synchronization with the real world.
