Hello, I've been experiencing BSOD 3 in the past two days with error code 0x8000000000000404. It seems like there might be an issue with my PSU. Nothing has changed except I adjusted my CPU's overclock from 5 to 5.1 using the same voltage, and after a stress test it didn't crash after two hours. I then reset everything back to its original settings. Could you confirm if I performed any stress tests on my PSU? My PC specs are an Intel i9-9900K overclocked at 5.0GHz with 1.275V, running for two years now. The GPU is a 2070s MSI trio overclocked, and the motherboard is Gigabyte Z390 AORUS Ultra with Corsair HX850, 850W, 80+ Platinum.

Reduce the OC to its previous stable level. Disregard the stress test outcome—it probably isn’t overloading the CPU as some applications or games suggest. If the BSODs began after raising the OC, it’s clear what’s causing the issue.

Try reducing the OC or increasing the vcore. Perhaps start at 1.3v to check if it resolves the issue.
