Hello, I just set up Windows 11 on my HP laptop using a Samsung 256GB SSD. Everything seems normal once it starts, but during installation I ran into a blue screen with the EFI win32 error code 0x000000e. The BIOS was using legacy mode, but in the OS boot menu the SSD isn’t listed. After a few restarts it works fine. I’m confused about secure boot and legacy settings—does secure boot stay on while legacy is off? In Disk Management my drive shows as SSE. Also, I’m wondering how to undervolt the CPU in Windows 11 and what the difference is between legacy and UEFI BIOS. Please help me fix this issue!

For Windows 11, you need to use the UEFI BIOS to install it from scratch. I’m not completely confident about the steps, but I can try to assist with resolving the problem.
